Ascend Metric provides technical SEO, content strategy, and digital PR / link-building services as outlined in your specific engagement plan (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise).
Standard engagements run on a 6-month minimum term, after which they continue month-to-month unless either party gives 30 days' written notice to cancel.
SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes and market competition. We do not guarantee specific rankings or traffic numbers, though we report transparently on progress each month.
Fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in a pause of active work.
Content created for a client during an active engagement belongs to the client upon full payment. Ascend Metric retains the right to reference completed work as a case study unless the client requests otherwise.
Ascend Metric is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our recommendations, including third-party algorithm changes affecting rankings.
